Another ACP

I had done two Arroz con Pollo’s in the past couple of months.  Here are photos from the more recent one.  The recipe and cooking method is the same in this one.

  1. I do arroz con pollo about twice a month. I basically use this recipe: I’ve started cooking the chicken thighs in the crockpot with sazon, vinegar, and adobo so it takes only a second to get things going after work. I use the broth from the crockpot to substitute for about half the water. I also use wayyyyy more bell pepper (several colors) than she does and I use bone-in and skin-on chicken in the crockpot.
