Oh man.  The meal came off without a hitch.  Just terrific.  Best thanksgiving meal I’ve ever done.  Best part?  There’s photographic evidence.  Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

    Man the pie turned out great. Fresh pumpkin really makes a difference. Taste and texture.
